RETURN POLICY
All returns need to be authorized in
advance. We will not accept unauthorized returns.
If products were shipped to you as a result
of our error, TRS will pay for the return freight.
A 10% restocking fee will occur if the
reason for return was not our fault and you must pay for return shipping.
Any damages to the returned product while in
your possession, or during return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Custom orders are not eligible for return
All returns must be freight prepaid to our
warehouse we will not accept collect returns
You must contact us within 14 business
days after you receive your merchandise to return
Otherwise we will consider the order as
accepted
Any order cancellations or changes to
existing orders must be made within 2 days of the order date.
TENT PERMIT DISCLOSURE
Please be
aware that erecting a tent may require you to obtain prior permission from
local, state & or federal agencies.
Many of these agencies have specific rules & regulations covering
the setting up of tents in your area.
Tent Renters
Supply will furnish a Certificate of Flame Resistance for each tent, pair of
ends or middles sold to the original buyer.
Our standards meet or exceed all state requirements in the US.
Tent Renters
Supply will not furnish engineered drawings that state wind loads or any other
specifications regarding your tent.The
wind load of 50 mph with proper setup, staking & tie down is provided
based on our experience with our products only.
Wind load calculation requires a site specific survey of the area where
the tent is erected.Some local agencies
require a site specific survey of the area where the tent is erected.Some local agencies require a site survey
prior to setting up a tent.We have no
control over these rules.We can supply
a 3 page sample of how a wind load is calculated for a temporary tent.
As of today
we have not been required to furnish engineered drawings (or wet
stamp drawings) & requirements for US states.
